Tellecaller

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a customer database and update contact details as needed.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, or promotions to customers.
• Follow up on leads and close sales where applicable.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain call logs and report on performance and feedback.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as set by management.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance and sales efforts.
