Interior Showroom Sales Executive

Position Overview:

The Interior Designer cum Pre-sales Executive at Impact Tiles Gallery will serve as the initial touchpoint for our customers, assisting them in visualising and selecting Tiles and Sanitary ware that aligns seamlessly with their needs. Leveraging design expertise, the role involves guiding customers towards informed decisions that encapsulate both aesthetic and functional aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, understanding their Tiles & Interior Designing needs and preferences.
• Showcasing Products: Present our diverse range of Tiles & Sanitary Ware emphasising their features, advantages, and suitability for customers’ spaces.
• Design Guidance: Provide design recommendations, layout options, and colour coordination that harmonise with selected Tiles, ensuring optimal space utilisation.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in deal closures by resolving any design or product-related inquiries and challenges presented by customers.
• Trend Insight: Maintain awareness of the latest interior design trends, incorporating this knowledge into customer interactions to provide modern solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with sales and post-sales teams, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Share insights for product portfolio or showroom presentation enhancements.
• Feedback Management: Collect customer feedback regarding product preferences, design needs, and overall showroom experience to facilitate ongoing improvement.
• Product Expertise: Continually enhance knowledge about our Tiles, materials, care guidelines, and other pertinent product details to provide accurate information to customers.
