Tele Sales Executive

Introduction: We are seeking a proactive and organized Tele Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and fixing product demonstrations of our digital products for our field sales team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling and lead generation efforts.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and introduce our digital products.
• Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for field sales representatives based on customer availability and preferences.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm demonstration appointments and ensure attendance. Communicate effectively with the field sales team to provide necessary details and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts and improve the demonstration scheduling process.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in scheduling product demonstrations or appointments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
