Qualification : B.E/ PG Degree

Special Training Requirements: API Spec Q1, AS9100, ISO 9001 requirements

Knowledge about ISO 14001 & ISO 45001

Roles & Responsibilities :

1) Planning and overseeing everyday operations.

2) Designing strategies based on set goals.

3) Maintaining budgets and optimizing expenses

4) Scheduling staff meetings to discuss issues and points of improvement.

5) Evaluating and improving productivity

6) Reporting the workings to upper management

7) Enabling proper staff health and safety regulation management

8) Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

9) Ensuring that company policies are followed by all employees.

10) Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitors.

11) Attending industry conferences and events to build networks and promote the business.
