Position Overview: As a Telesales Executive with up to 6 months to 1 year of experience, you will be instrumental in driving our business expansion efforts. You will focus on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our sales and marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about holistic sciences and eager to grow within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and markets for our astrology, vastu, and numerology courses and consultations.
Client Outreach: Reach out to prospective clients through phone, email, social media, and networking events to introduce our services and generate interest.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions related to our services.
Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to support the sales process and close deals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system; prepare reports on lead generation and sales performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
Qualifications:
Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field preferred but not required.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and influence potential clients.
Proficiency: Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
