Nursing Supervisor

1. Monitor and supervise home nursing

care and other patient care activities and

ensure compliance to regulations and

standard protocols in home care service

delivery.

2. Utilizing nursing domain knowledge for

identifying and aligning care providers

on cases as per their skill sets and

orienting them about specific care

instructions, monitoring and reporting

protocols.

3. Provide guidance for service needs,

healthcare providers skills, scope of

service and ensure that all mandatory

competencies are satisfactory and

updated as per service requirements.

4. Establish relevant and necessary clinical

reporting protocols for the homecare

providers on a case-to-case basis.

5. Support onboarding and transition of

cases from hospital to home by visiting

sites of homecare service delivery and

supervising homecare service initiation.

6. Make physical visits to patients for

comprehensive initial assessment of

critical cases, triaging, evaluate service

requirements, patient/relative

expectation setting.

7. Ensure virtual clinical monitoring of the

homecare patients being serviced and do

onsite/at home visits as per protocol.

8. Maintain follow-up with patients and

care providers to monitor progress,

assess quality of service delivery, get

feedback, and identify issues or concerns

in service delivery.

Pay: ₹17,916.12 - ₹58,821.00 per month
