Telesales Executive

Job Title: Product Advisor
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Tamil and excellent command of English.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Qualification: HSC passed (Higher Secondary Certificate).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (in-hand).
• Work Schedule: 1 rotational week off between Monday to Friday.
