Job Title: Service Technician/Trainee

Location: Kochin, Kerala

Job Description:

We seek a motivated and technically skilled Service Technician/Trainee to join our team in Kochi. The successful candidate will undergo training to install, maintain, and troubleshoot home automation systems.

Qualifications:

- ITI completed

- Diploma in Computer Electrical/Electronics Engineering

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and computer networks

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation of home automation systems

- Learn to configure and program smart home devices

- Provide technical support to customers

- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills

- Assist senior technicians in maintenance and troubleshooting

- Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls

Employment Terms:

- 3 months probation period

- Probation period Salary: Rs. 8,000 per month

- Post-probation salary: Rs. 12,000-Rs.15,000 per month

- Additional benefits: TA and other expenses covered for outside travel
