The role of Assistant Manager - Women’s Wear Apparel will be responsible for managing the end to end operations for the Women’s Wear category to ensure accomplishment of business targets for the Apparel business
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth, store profitability, operational cost optimization and inventory management for the Women's wear business.
Manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders to drive Women's Apparel Sales across channels
Work closely with the internal Sourcing Team and external Factories/ Vendors for Sample development & approvals.
Work closely with the Design, Product, Sourcing and Quality Teams to ensure a seamless work environment and better product output.
Ensure Women's Apparel Readiness for product launches, and timely availability across channels prior to launch in the markets
Driving the financial performance including top-line & bottom-line performance
Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Develop the merchandising strategy and deck to ensure correct merchandise availability
Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales figures
Identify promotional opportunities and develop the promotional calendar
