Job Summary: As a B2B Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our products/services to new and existing clients within a designated geographic territory. You will leverage your exceptional sales skills and business acumen to establish productive relationships with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and propose solutions that align with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct thorough needs analysis and identify prospects' pain points to effectively demonstrate how our products/services can address their needs.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels within client organizations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in a timely manner.
Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM software and other sales tools.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
