Job Title: B2B Field Sales Executive

Location: Agra

Job Summary: As a B2B Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our products/services to new and existing clients within a designated geographic territory. You will leverage your exceptional sales skills and business acumen to establish productive relationships with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and propose solutions that align with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and identify prospects' pain points to effectively demonstrate how our products/services can address their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels within client organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within [specific industry/niche].
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including consultative selling and solution-based selling approaches.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
