Maintain optimal stock levels of spare parts to meet customer and workshop demands.
Monitor inventory turnover, reorder parts as necessary, and minimize obsolete stock.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about parts availability, pricing, and delivery times.
Process parts sales orders, invoices, and ensure timely delivery.
Upsell additional parts and accessories to maximize sales.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of parts.
Negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and delivery terms.
Manage supplier relationships to secure priority access to critical parts.
Maintain detailed records of parts inventory, sales transactions, and customer interactions.
Prepare regular reports on stock levels, sales performance, and parts movement.
Analyze sales trends to forecast future parts demand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service.
Work closely with the service department to understand their parts requirements.
Ensure that parts are available for scheduled vehicle repairs and services.
Assist in diagnosing parts needs based on vehicle issues reported by service technicians.
Ensure that all parts are stored and handled in compliance with company and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area.
Adhere to environmental and disposal regulations for parts and packaging.
