Loan Executive

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for big ticket items.
• Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and training to enhance skills and productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual and team goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
