Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient personal assistant to provide comprehensive support to our company’s founder. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the founder’s calendar and schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails and other correspondence.
- Coordinate and oversee personal errands and tasks.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports and presentations.
- Assist in planning and organizing events for both professional and personal.
- Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Monitor and manage emails, including responding when necessary or drafting responses on behalf of the executive.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying and data entry.
- Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously and proactively.
- Provide any necessary administrative support to the executive and their team.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within the given timeframes.
Additional Skills & requirements
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Language knows – Hindi, English Mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Detail–oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
