Tele Caller Executive

Full Job Description

• Making out-bound calls explaining about company, various services provided, admission criteria, availability of seats for colleges & universities
• Receiving incoming enquiries from prospective students & their parents regarding college admissions.
• Understanding customer needs thereby to provide appropriate solutions
• Refer or assign students to respective counsellors for further assistance
• Must be able to convert leads & referrals into prospective candidates.
• Follow-up on regular basis with potential customers
• Should be well-versed in spoken English, Malayalam languages
• Should have excellent verbal communications & convincing skills.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
