Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends. Develop strategies to capitalize on market dynamics and stay ahead of the competition.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Address client concerns and provide effective solutions.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to develop innovative sales strategies. Implement tactics to increase sales performance and drive revenue growth.

Team Training and Development: Organize training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate market trends and practices.

Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
