As a Draftsman, you will collaborate closely with architects and engineers to create detailed drawings and plans for our construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to translate conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings using CAD software.Responsibilities:Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and other input from architects and engineers.Utilize AutoCAD to produce 2D and 3D drawings.Enhance drawings with Photoshop and CorelDRAW to present design concepts effectively.Integrate animated effects and visualizations using After Effects for project presentations.Develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp for client approval and marketing materials.Ensure drawings comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues and refine drawings.Requirements:Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role in the real estate or construction industry.Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings.Strong skills in Photoshop and CorelDRAW for enhancing and presenting drawings.Experience with After Effects to create animations and visual effects is preferred.Proficiency in SketchUp for developing 3D models and renderings.Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Education and Certifications:Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Certification in AutoCAD, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and SketchUp is a plus.
