**Job Title: FMCG Sales Representative**
**Job Summary:**
The FMCG Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing sales volume, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the FMCG market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales and Business Development:**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- **Account Management:**
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting:**
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
