We are looking for Dynamic and Passionate Sales Executives for our Company.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
- Generate new business leads and build relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and pitches
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Build and maintain a strong customer base
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, etc.)
- Provide market feedback and insights to improve sales strategies

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Present products/services and handle objections
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay organized and manage sales pipeline
- Communicate with team and management on sales progress

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience and track record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
