We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to our employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling correspondence.
  • Reception: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Scheduling: Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars for management and staff.
  • Data Entry: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data collection. Input and update data in databases or spreadsheets as needed.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Travel Coordination: Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as required.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Process invoices and expense reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
