Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling correspondence.
Reception:Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
Scheduling:Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars for management and staff.
Data Entry:Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data collection. Input and update data in databases or spreadsheets as needed.
Document Management:Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Travel Coordination:Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as required.
Event Coordination:Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
Vendor Management:Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Process invoices and expense reports.
