Sales Executive - Agriculture

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team and drive sales of our

agricultural produce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and sales,

excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve

company targets and expand the customer base for agricultural produce.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing

and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities,

understand customer needs, and keep abreast of industry trends.

• Product Promotion: Promote and educate clients on the benefits and features of our

agricultural products.

• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring

mutually beneficial agreements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure

a seamless sales process.

• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to

management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a

related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales is mandatory, preferably in the agricultural

sector.

• Strong understanding of agricultural products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹20,425.47 - ₹28,364.62 per month
