Job Summary:

As a Software Development Engineer I at Intervue Labs, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing hiring processes by contributing to the development of our AI-driven interview solutions. You'll work on creating user-friendly systems that conduct intelligent, human-like interviews, and evaluate candidates using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of OpenIntervue’s automated interview system.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI, ML, and NLP technologies into the interview process.

- Participate in refining features, ensuring system stability and overall performance testing.

- Drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends and incorporating necessary enhancements into OpenIntervue.

- Work on live interview testing to assess system performance in real-world scenarios.

Skills:

- Proficiency in software development languages such as Java, Python, or C

- Strong understanding of AI, ML, and NLP technologies used in interview automation systems.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure) would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
