Qualification: MSW/MBA

• Migrant Workers - joining and relieving formalities - including ESI process, Joining and relieving Forms.
• Migrant Workers Aadhaar Card and mobile linking - checking the authenticity of migrant workers.
• Issuance of ID Card for Migrant workers, including their joining induction, daily orientation and grooming and welfare.
• Muster roll preparation as per HR policy.
• Migrant workers daily attendance excel preparation, OT Tracking, monitoring and allotment for work.
• Stockyard Asset related repair and maintenance and cleaning work scheduling.
• Arranging Drinking water if required, its tracking and record keeping.
• House Keeping Staff work allotment and Salary mail to HR department.
• Office boy work allotment and daily work monitoring.
• Safety compliance for migrant workers in stockyard - Key point.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
