Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Telecaller to join our PROP 7 REALTY team. The primary role of the Telecaller is to make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our real estate offerings. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about available real estate properties and services.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and address their inquiries regarding property details, pricing, and availability.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule appointments for property visits and follow up with clients post-visit.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
  • Provide clients with information about financing options and assist with initial documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments.
  • Handle client objections and provide solutions to their concerns.
  • Record and report call outcomes and client feedback to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and practices is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade and influence clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
