Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
• customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing accurate information and solutions
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Verify documents received from client co-ordinators.
• Work with client co-ordinators in case of any query related to documents.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

Pay: ₹11,179.14 - ₹17,819.98 per month
