Counter Sales

Counter Sales Representatives are the first point of contact for customers in a retail setting.

They work directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and process transactions.

The main duties and responsibilities of a Counter Sales Representative include:

• Greet and interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Understand and determine the customers’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services
• Provide information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services
• Answer customer queries regarding products or services
• Process transactions, handle cash, and maintain accurate records
• Arrange merchandise on counters or shelves in an attractive manner
• Conduct stock inventory and ensure that the counter is well-stocked at all times
• Handle customer complaints professionally and refer complex issues to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter and store
• Promote and upsell products, special offers, or loyalty programs

Candidate must have similar experience in selling garments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,698.56 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
