Service Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused Service Executive for our photography studio.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and manage appointments.
• Assist in coordinating and supporting photo shoots.
• Communicate client needs to the team.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Oversee quality control of photo deliveries.
• Manage payments and client records.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with photography is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
