Job Role - Relationship Manager

Location - Mumbai
Salary - Up to 4 LPA
Experience - Must have atleast 1 year experience in home loan and DST channel with relationships with Developers & Brokers.
Responsibilities -
Partner Acquisition: Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with builders and channel partners to generate a consistent pipeline of home loan and loan against property (LAP) applications.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of real estate market trends and dynamics in your assigned territory to anticipate customer needs and opportunities.
Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing customers and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by following up on warm leads and exploring potential partnerships.
Sales Execution: Employ a multi-faceted sales approach, including personalized outreach, targeted marketing campaigns, and networking activities, to effectively engage with prospects and close deals.
Proposal Management: Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) from both new and existing clients in a timely and professional manner.
Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer and partner data within our CRM system, providing weekly reports to management.
Direct Outreach: Collaborate with contractors, connectors, and direct sales agents (DSAs) to establish direct connections with potential customers.
