• Overall Store Management:

• Oversee all aspects of the store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and personnel.
• Ensure the store meets sales targets and profitability goals
• Customer Service:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and order new items as necessary.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper stock rotation.
• Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
