Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production processes and managing a team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. You will monitor efficiency, safety, and output while maintaining high standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Management:

o Oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure processes are carried out smoothly. o Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of production workers and technicians. o Assign tasks and manage schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.

Quality Control: o Ensure products meet quality standards and address any quality issues promptly. o Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product consistency.

Process Optimization: o Identify areas for improvement in production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. o Implement best practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Safety & Compliance: o Ensure that all safety protocols and company policies are adhered to by the production team. o Conduct routine safety checks and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Reporting & Documentation: o Maintain accurate production records, including shift reports, performance data, and downtime logs. o Report production progress and issues to the Production Manager.

Team Development: o Provide on-the-job training for workers to improve skills and efficiency. o Address performance concerns and contribute to the professional growth of team members.

Key Qualifications:  Educational Background: o Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.  Experience: o 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment. o Proven track record of managing production lines and leading teams.  Skills:o Strong leadership and team management abilities. o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. o Good understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations. o Proficiency in using production management software and tools. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
