Roles and Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized assistance and support. Investigate and resolve client complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients, thereby maximizing revenue and enhancing client relationships. Proactively gather feedback from clients regarding our products/services, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with client expectations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system. Personal Attributes:
