We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecalling Executive to join our sales and customer service team. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services, generate leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle high volumes of calls effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell products or services.
Reach out to existing customers for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Maintain and update the database of potential customers.
Customer Interaction:
Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Sales and Follow-up:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with potential leads and close sales.
Track and document all sales activities in the CRM system.
Customer Feedback:
Gather feedback from customers to improve products, services, and processes.
Relay customer feedback to relevant departments for action.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Prepare and submit regular reports on telecalling activities and results.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective calling strategies.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.
