Job Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated educators to join our team as Junior Class Faculty members, specializing in Fine Arts, Sports, and Playway activities. The ideal candidates will have a passion for nurturing the creative, physical, and social development of young learners. The Junior Class Faculty will play a crucial role in providing a well-rounded education experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Fine Arts Instruction:Develop and implement age-appropriate art and creative activities that foster self-expression and imagination.
Teach various art forms, such as drawing, painting, and crafts, while encouraging creativity and artistic appreciation.

Sports and Physical Education:Plan and conduct physical education classes and sports activities for young children.
Promote physical fitness, coordination, and teamwork through organized sports and play.

Playway Activities:Create a vibrant and engaging playway environment that stimulates cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Organize and oversee playtime, storytelling, and interactive games that encourage learning through play.

Classroom Management:Maintain a safe and orderly classroom or play area.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages active participation and respect among students.

Student Engagement:Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, including art exhibitions, sports events, and playway sessions.
Encourage students to explore their interests and talents in Fine Arts, Sports, and Playway activities.

Communication and Collaboration:Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and involvement in extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Fine Arts, Sports, and Playway activities into the overall curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Fine Arts, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Experience in teaching or facilitating Fine Arts, Sports, or Playway activities for young children is preferred.
• Strong passion for working with children and fostering their holistic development.
• Effective classroom or playway management skills.
• Creativity, patience, and adaptability to engage young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
