This is accomplished through three primary roles: Learning Business Partner, Program Manager and Facilitator. Our People Development Learning Institute (PDLI) offerings include transversal, leadership, and management skills programs. Responsibilities Learning Business Partner Collaborates with the business and HR community to assess people development needs and links needs/performance gaps to skills associated with Strategic Workforce Planning. Identifies relevant, sustainable learning solutions. Engages business leaders to leverage the appropriate internal PDLI and PTW resources to drive consistency and limit unnecessary external spend. Connects business to other Learning Institutes as appropriate. Contributes to the design of local learning solutions if global solutions don’t already exist nor are in development. Share Global COE learning standards with program owner. Informs global People Development Learning Institute of people development needs for North America. Program Manager Manages all aspects of assigned programs/learning journeys and supports teammates, as appropriate: Plans and implements schedule based on anticipated demand. Ensures coverage of all scheduled sessions, securing facilitators for open enrollment programs and supporting HRBPs as necessary for intact teams. Leverages external facilitation partner only as needed. Increases awareness and utilization of programs through clear and timely communications and promotions. In partnership with department head, manages budget for assigned programs. Runs periodic iLearn audits to ensure accuracy of instructor-led programs in iLearn. Partners with global PDLI to identify, certify, and track facilitators. Contributes to global re-designs and enhancements of programs, applying Global COE learning standards. Oversees activities of external partner to ensure timely and high-quality session delivery management. Prepares/refines standard communications for external partner to send. Facilitator Facilitates PDLI and PTW training sessions to the highest standard, serving as a role model to other facilitators. Requirements & Qualifications Education: University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration Experience: at least 8 years of progressive / relevant business experience in the context of a global, matrixed organization.
