1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join our Truck Team. We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny, blue trucks.  
 
Truck Team Members – General Labor, Customer Service, Driver
  • Hours: Hiring Immediately for Full-Time & Part-Time. Applicants must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week (shifts avg. 10-12hrs). We operate 7-days a week. Shifts start around 7:30am.
  • Pay: $15-$18 avg. all-in pay inclusive of $13/hr base, tips paid on every paycheck (cash tips daily), and monthly bonus. Additional earning potential from overtime. Pay increase eligibility every 3-months/quarterly.

About the position: 
  • Each shift starts at our office in Millburn (near the Short Hills Mall) where you'll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day.
  • You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
  • You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
About you:
  • 20.5+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
  • Valid standard driver’s license & good driving record
  • A positive, friendly attitude
  • Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly over a 10+hr shift
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience a plus!
