Jr. Operations Manager
1-800-GOT-JUNK? Manhattan is seeking a Jr. Operations Manager to join our growing team in the NYC region. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Jr. Operations Manager should be a high-energy professional who is proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically. Ideally, a qualified Jr. Operations Manager will have experience in the different facets critical in small business: sales, marketing, administration, operations, and human resources.

Core Responsibilities

Assist Director of Operations & General Manager exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly revenue targets.

Supervising a team of 30-50 truck Team Members and motivating them to achieve daily goals.

Work in-field, performing Truck Team tasks, as needed.

Supervise and assist in the daily fulfillment of scheduled jobs to ensure on-time service.

Assist in preparation of employee work schedules.

Provide input to the Director of Operations & General Manager to build and implement new systems and processes.

Assist with Director of Operations with fleet maintenance; including inspections, regular maintenance, and repairs.

Ensure compliance with all franchise health and safety requirements.
