Let's be honest, we all know how we feel when we don't get paid on time. And since we're committed to making the world a better -and happier- place at 1 Hotel Central Park and 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, our Payroll team is very important to us. We’re currently seeking a hyper-reliable, laser-focused and instantly trustworthy Payroll Manager to keep our people very happy. Our Payroll Manager will prepare regular payroll reports for review by leadership, oversee and mentor the Payroll team, stay in-the-know on all applicable state and federal wage regulations and (preferably) will have knowledge with 1 Hotel Central Park and 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. Of course, you’ll protect 1 Hotel Central Park and 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge’s proprietary info like it’s your own.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about numbers and math and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
- Advanced knowledgeable of payroll, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
