Associate UX Designer

Summary: In this role, you will work in a fast-paced healthcare improvement company and be responsible for defining, optimizing, and delivering thoughtful and impactful design for Vizients supply chain, clinical, pharmacy, and advisory applications. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Business Relationship Managers (BRM), Scrum Masters and Developers with stringent focus, empathy, and understanding of end-user needs. Responsibilities: Engage with our Members and end-users to better understand their wants and needs. Collaborate with the product team to synthesize voice of the customer feedback into product requirements. Engage with not only your product team but various alliances across product development to help create visual designs and prototypes of new products. Deliver design documentation to aid with cross-team communication, collaboration, and development. Listen actively and questions / clarify information to ensure understanding of customer technology needs. Seek relevant information to ensure own understanding of complex information. Understand the importance of a design system and collaborate with the UX team in updating and maintaining the development of the toolkit. Conduct UX presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Take a whole systems approach to analyze issues and implements holistic solutions by ensuring that linkages between structure, people, process and technology are made. Keep up-to-date with industry UI trends, techniques and technologies. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. No prior work experience required. Experience practicing any or all of the following: HCD, Design Thinking, Visual Design, Prototyping and Heuristics is preferred. Experience contributing to positive collaboration with multi-disciplinary team members. Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines. Communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with complex enterprise business applications with compliance constraints. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated Hiring Range: $51,900.00 - $75,150.00 This position is also incentive eligible.
