Summary: In this role, you will work with member staff and product coordinators supporting activities to enhance member engagement and value derived from using Vizient tools, including training, education, opportunity presentation and outreach. You will be responsible for developing and supporting new program offerings to build greater value to participating members. Responsibilities: Support product delivery initiatives for 1 or 2 analytic products. Provide training for member staff to better understand the data and outputs of the tool used. Address ad-hoc questions related to both functionality and content area of the tool used. Conduct tier 2 support of analytical products, monitor trends, provide feedback to development teams, and educate tier 1 support to optimize first call resolution. Coordinate with leaders in Data Management and Analytics to enhance products and services and improve operational, clinical, and financial performance. Build relationships and foster networking opportunities among strategic Vizient members on topics related to strategic and operational imperatives. Provide leadership and content expertise to Vizient performance improvement initiatives in the areas most related to the tool used. Collaborate with Vizient members, Vizient team members and IT on product enhancements, custom analyses, data mining and report generation. Deliver exceptional product customer service including data on-boarding, access management, training, and coordination with sales, advisory support, and consulting. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 5 or more years of relevant work experience required. Experience with quality data and performance improvement initiatives or projects preferred. Experience working with clinical or supply chain data in a healthcare environment preferred. Healthcare software implementation, knowledge of relational databases, business intelligence tools, and training experience (EPIC, Cerner, McKesson, etc) preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to a variety of audiences/groups and facilitating training sessions preferred. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output. Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred. Willingness to travel.
