Our Position
The Team Lead II works with individuals in groups and on a one-to-one basis providing hope, encouragement, support, self-determination and connection to the community. The Team Lead II also acts as an advocate for the needs and rights of individuals.

Your Responsibilities
- Provides supervision to staff through role modeling and coaching the techniques and practices of Recovery, support and self-help.
- Provides coaching to peer support staff through role modeling and guidance, modeling techniques and practices of peer support and self-help.
- Develops and supports the program management team, analyzing problems, identifying areas of unmet needs, and seeking solutions.
- Completes comprehensive psychosocial assessments and collaborates in the creation of individualized treatment plans with participants and treatment team members.
- Provides recovery support services in partnership with Peer Support specialists and other team members, either in the community or in the facility.
- Provides coaching and mentoring to peer support staff through role modeling and guidance, modeling techniques and practices of peer support and self-help.
- Ensures all team members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards.
- Interacts with individuals in a Recovery model, assisting with activities and providing information about support in the community.
- Assists individuals in maintaining healthy living within the community.
- Facilitates group activities using recovery tools.
- Develops and maintains positive and constructive working relationships with collateral and funding agencies.
- Completes clinical documentation as required.
- Understands and adheres to RI International compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
- Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all RI International policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism.
