Nuclear Station Instructor Supervises the Development and implementation of station specific operator training programs at an assigned nuclear station to meet company, INPO, and regulatory agency requirements for competent, qualified nuclear generating station personnel Additional Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated leadership qualities that emphasize flexibility, initiative, motivation, teamwork, organizing, planning, scheduling, and executing work assignments. Must be able to communicate effectively in written and oral presentations, ability to speak in a clear, concise, and effective manner before small and large groups. Must have ability to establish effective working relationships internal and external to the work group. Good working knowledge of regulatory training requirements. Four years instructional experience. In-depth knowledge of the INPO Accreditation process and NRC requirements. Thorough understanding of the Systematic Approach to Training and ETQS process.
