In order to execute HARMAN’s strategy, we must examine what we are doing today and what needs to change in organization design, processes and systems so we can support the growing needs of the business. As the Head of our Global HR transformation team, you will be responsible for providing expertise, solutions, effective execution and adoption of key initiatives related to change management, engagement, communication and organizational- design and -transformation to enhance the HARMAN culture and closely work with and steer our external partner ecosystem. What You Will Do Develop and lead the organizational transformation roadmap across the divisions including organizing the action plan derived from the business as well as coordinating the strategy and activities. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes in partnership with the HR leadership team Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs and business teams on a wide range of organizational transformation activities such as employee experience and engagement programs, development of people-centered initiatives and strategy, tools/resources and plans to support programs. Support in developing a healthy and resilient culture – strong team spirit, agile, embracing change, accountability, collaboration within the functions and across the organization. Drive mindset and behavior change with the right communications, training and talent processes – working close to the HRBPs. Act as a transformational coach and play a key role in shaping the future of the organization by developing and implementing transformation strategies. Influence key business leaders to ensure a consistent experience is delivered to all employees, regardless of differences such as functional area or location. Create transparency across key initiatives within project stakeholders (i.e., about project goals, benefits, status quo vs. initial roadmap, resource bottlenecks etc.) What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business or other related fields 10 years working experience in diverse Human Resources areas 3-5 years of experience working in organizational development / HR Transformation roles in a global environment and 3 years within a consulting firm 5 years of leadership experience, with increasing responsibility in developing, implementing, and managing programs leading a team and organizational function Demonstrated experience relationship-building and consulting with leaders, including identifying needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results/recommendations to achieve strategic/operational goals High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing projects and priorities simultaneously, as well as strong delegation and decision-making skills Excellent problem-solving skills; demonstrate the ability to apply project management principles and methodologies in seeking solutions to project problems.
