Core Responsibilities:
Audit “kits” against the bill of materials for accuracy
Serialize incoming assemblies as needed in eQuality
Transfer of material in and out of MRB
Receive, process and distribute daily incoming deliveries; report shortages and issues
De-trash / unpack material as needed
Perform put away transactions for materials inside clean room
Update internal whiteboards with shortage information
Perform material purges as needed
Monitor and request bulk materials as needed to fill bins
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Special assignments or projects as required
Ability to handle returns and/or rejections by completing required documentation
Collaborate with Internal departments on a variety of topics ranging from inventory purges to cycle count support
Qualifications:
Must be able to push or pull carts weighing up to 50lbs
Math, Excel, Word and Outlook skills required
Must be willing to work in a clean room environment
Strong ability to multitask…Fast, detailed and calm
Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented with an ability to retain detailed information (parts numbers, location information) and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities in fast paced environment
Experienced in transporting materials using manual labor, equipment, or automated methods, typically in a warehouse or cleanroom manufacturing environment
Able to perform task associated with order processing operations, storage and retrieval of goods within a warehouse distribution center
Verifying accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of material handling experience preferably in a high-volume manufacturing facility
