Digital Marketing Intern

Role Summary Mavenir is looking for our next Digital Marketing Intern for Summer/Fall 2022. This can be onsite/remote role and a great opportunity for students with digital/ graphic design experience. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the digital team to brainstorm and develop new content such as social media videos, animations and digital ads. Assist with graphic design and website updates. Video Create short-form video content for web and social media platforms. Assemble video footage, sound and graphics into finished and shareable content. Animation Create simple animations for social and website (e.g. display ads, logo reveals, screensavers, GIFs). Website Create website graphics such as hero images, section backgrounds, decorative elements, photo collages, thumbnails. Assist with launch of a major site update, including basic updates to content and graphics using Wordpress editor. Graphic Design Assist with ad hoc digital and print design projects where needed (advertisements, event posters, logos, social graphics, PowerPoint presentations, asset organization, etc) Basic photo editing and retouching projects as needed. Projects can include but not limited to: Short-form video for special events and campaigns MWC teaser/invite Assembling footage/photography from events for social posts and website use Creating/manipulating animations and videos for the website (for example, hero sections, new portfolio module video) Animated video ads for new resources such as the recent “BSS Digital Overlay Systems” or “Move As Fast As You Can to the 5GC” campaigns. Digital graphics and simple animations Update newsletter header with GIF - launch with first MWC email Animated display ads for launch with MWC sponsorships (e.g. MWL leaderboards, MPUs, advertorial 100x100 GIF) Display ads Logo reveals/screensavers for events Custom images and refreshing diagrams Assist create content templates and infographics Job Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. After Effects and Canva experience preferred but not essential. Knowledge of digital media creative trends, analytics and best practice, particularly in the social media realm. Demonstrated ability to create still graphics, video designs and animations. Ability to organize digital assets in galleries and Creative Cloud. Experience in Wordpress or a desire to learn how to make basic content updates. Willing to embrace the concept of creativity in a corporate setting; exercising creativity within brand guidelines. Ability to keep up with industry and digital marketing trends.
