This position is scheduled as a routine telework 40 hrs/wk., Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1/2 hr. lunch The eligible list created from this recruitment may be used to fill future regular, limited duration, temporary, on-call, full or part-time assignments within the department. ABOUT THE POSITION: As a Data Technician, you will provide training and technical support to end users of ServicePoint, a data collection system for programs funded by the Youth & Family Services Division. This position primarily supports early learning, SUN community schools, youth advocacy, and housing programs in the Youth and Family Services Division. You will interact frequently with a diverse group of end users who have varied experience and comfort with technology. You will also assist with quality assurance of reports and cleaning and entering data.
