We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our Creative team in LA. You will be joining the team specifically working with our Snapchat Client.


Role

We’re on the hunt for a Digital Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is looking to make their mark on an ever-growing, endlessly-able Creative Team. This role will specifically work with our client, Snap Inc and requires strong client facing skill & comfortability.

You love all things organization. Timelines and workback schedules? They excite you. Resource allocation? Bring it on. Changing plans and project priorities at the drop of a hat? You can do it with your eyes closed and at least one limb tied behind your back.

Your position on the Creative Team will be critical, with the expectation that you will maintain cross-disciplinary communication, guiding the team to successfully deliver on commitments, on time and on budget every time. You’ll be a part of the client-facing teams to understand project needs, translate those needs into workback schedules, timelines and actions by the rest of the Creative Team, and stay informed and engaged during each step in the process. You possess master problem-solving skills, positive communication methods, proactive energy, and an inquisitive nature (yep, get all up in our business). Responsibilities

  • You will manage the always-on work stream for Spectacles including social media and email assets (roughly 40 unique pieces of content produced per month)
  • You will lead strategic planning and timelines for all Spectacles creator productions (2-3 per month)
  • You will drive strategic planning timelines for Spectacles product marketing roadmap (audience definition, product positioning, distribution, etc.)
  • You will define operational workflow with Snap Lab agency partners.
  • You will lead project review cadence for all Marketer and Exec reviews.
  • You will lead XFN syncs and project reviews for all priority XFN projects and partnerships.
  • You will own the successful execution and delivery of all projects for your pod, in a variety of assignments (digital, video, OOH, etc.), for larger campaigns or projects you may partner with a Senior team member to execute but you’ll work towards executing all projects regardless of scope with no oversight.
  • You'll communicate clearly with all members of the team, including XFN partners throughout the duration of your projects.
  • You will work with team leads to properly vet, scope and kickoff assignments. For more complex projects, you may partner with a more senior member of the team to assist with scoping.
  • You will develop and own accurate project documentation, including timelines and scoping documents.
  • You will be able to solve most project level issues with no oversight, for larger scale issues you will bring proposed solutions but work with more senior team members to help solve.

Requirements

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments (creative teams, leadership/exec team members, engineers, marketers, production)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Superb attention to detail, good judgment, and listening skills.
  • Awesome attitude and passion for Snap Inc.’s products and creativity.
  • 4 years in the industry or related experience
  • High competency and proven track record of project management of large engagements and integrated creative projects.
  • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.
  • Experience with various projects types, including digital, video, events, and social.
