City/State Chesapeake, VA Overview Work Shift First (Days) (United States of America) Sentara Healthcare is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Enrollment Specialist Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift Position Location: This position is on site, Chesapeake, Virginia Position Summary: Supports the operations of Enrollment Services. Serves as the point of contact and administrator for new student background checks and health records. Works in tandem with recruiters and admissions to meet the needs of the college's leads, prospects and applicants. Routinely performs administrative tasks. Works as a team player and functions in a lead role for the administrative staff at the college under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Management. Fifty percent of the job will be management of new students' required documents for clinical experiences, 25% will be recruitment, and 25% will be admissions. Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).
