- Assist in performing routine preventive maintenance tasks.
- Help with installations and repairs.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Handle tools and equipment used for maintenance work.
- Assist in inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Report to the Maintenance Supervisor regularly about ongoing tasks and potential issues.
- Follow all safety and company rules and regulations.
- Perform basic tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, and fixing leaks
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
- Report any significant maintenance repairs to supervisor
- Perform basic carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols
- Keep a log of maintenance work and repairs
- Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
