We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets using various tools and techniques; turning data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Deep analysis of large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights Work closely with cross-functional team leads to understand business requirements and data needs Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders Work with management to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of specific initiatives Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions Develop predictive models and design data-driven experiments Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement data architectures and pipelines Ensure that data accuracy and security requirements are met Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data systems Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the software industry and apply them to data analysis Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field At least 5 years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence analysis, ideally in the software industry Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Strong proficiency with AWS technologies such as S3, Redshift, EMR, and Athena Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Strong SQL skills and experience with programming languages such as Python or R Experience with data governance, data security, and data privacy regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects at once At Analog Devices, we value diversity and are committed to providing an inclusive work environment for all employees.
