Location(s): Poland City/Cities: Warsaw Travel Required: Relocation Provided: Job Posting End Date: April 19, 2023 Shift: Job Description Summary: Position Overview: In this role you will learn how to collect practical experience within various aspects of the strategy and operations of some of the most iconic brands in the world. You will learn how to successfully develop and execute projects in a networked organization, leveraging diverse internal and external colleagues, stakeholders, and agencies. We will offer responsibility from day 1 with involvement in day-to-day operations and supervision of own projects/areas of responsibility. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: After introduction phase, development of new initiatives supporting and transforming business with Strategy Managers, Business Operations Managers and the bottler in Central Europe (Poland & Baltic States, Czech & Slovakia, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary and Belarus). Support ad-hoc analytical requests from business partners. Prepare reports / presentations as needed (e.g. update for central performance review, sell-in/sell-out presentations). Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field of study: · Economics - Finance, Management, Econometrics and similar · Technical studies - Math's, Engineering and similar Related Work Experience: At least one previous experience in FMCG, Operations or Consulting company would be appreciated and highly valuable Functional Skills: Proficiency in English Well-developed Microsoft Excel skills Good overall technical skills (mathematics, critical thinking, numbers assessment) Strong communication skills, high commitment, and enthusiasm Self-starter with ability to work independently Start date: May 2023 Duration: 9 months Skills: Business, Communication, Communications, Consulting, Microsoft Excel, New Initiatives, Operations Management, Strategy Development, Strategy Management, Summarizing Information Our Purpose and Growth Culture: We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
