Job Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations to the nursing team.
- Assist patients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Collect patient health information and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare issues and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to healthcare protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Valid OR state LPN license is required.
- BLS certificate through AHA.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience.
